It’s the dumbest thing in America. Unemployment exists where it doesn’t exist in a badly run country like India cuz nobody pays taxes…but that’s changing…and now in the US you can ONLY get unemployment IF your employer fires you WITHOUT cause…and this all depends from state to state.

Freedom and individuality…you can get something you like in one state but not in another that you want to stay in…but it’ll eventually drive you away…same thing with health insurance with BS in-network / out of state /out of network…

So divided. The divided states of America.

BUT…bringing it back…with unemployment it really depends from employer to employer…they can choose to pay out the employee or not…I heard unemployment office is on the side of the employee when it comes to payout…but that’s just what I heard.
