I am trying so hard to be healthy for this baby...

Pregnancy is not the time to lose weight. You can minimize your weight gain but you shouldn't purposely try to lose it. You can focus on that after baby. I am going to suggest you hide the scale and don't look. Tell the doctor you don't want to know your weight but just if you are on track or not. I turn and face the nurse when I am weighed as well so that I don't have to see the weight. You can implement lifestyle changes - like walking/working out and eating healthier if you are feeling up to it (I have been sick so I eat whatever I feel like I can get down and I just to have to be okay with that). I'm sorry you are feeling so huge and embarrassed. Just try to focus on baby for the remainder of the pregnancy and then you can worry about losing weight after.
