I’m sorry you are going through this. I can totally relate. ❤️ Where to start? Categories- you already did the trash (yay you!!) now do clothes, then papers, etc. When there’s not really anything left to categorize I do minutes. I’ll just do X number of minutes and then I’m done. Sometimes I’ll get on a roll and keep going, and sometimes I’ll stop after the minutes I plan. There are times I get is too much for me, I do minutes- as much as I can get done in X number of minutes... until all the stuff is picked up and I can do the actual “cleaning” part.
BPD w/depression is such a polarizing experience. I feel your pain. Start smart. You can do this. ❤️
