An employee at Rockstar gets groped, and r/pcgaming is divided on whether or not to care

He was against the idea of laws dictating compelled speech. Like as an extreme example: if you don’t refer to your employee by the right pronoun you could face legal punishments.

He said himself he has no issues referring to people by the pronouns they request, but he’d use his own judgment on wether he would or not. Like I assume if someone wanted to be called “ze/zem/zir” he probably would have issue. If it was a woman mid transition and asked to be referred to as male, I doubt he’d have issue. I truly don’t know for fact, but considering he was a practicing psychologist, I assume he’s had trans clients before and extended them the same respect he’d extend his other clients. (I’m making that assumption based solely on my experience with other mental health professionals, but again, I can’t say for fact if this is the case.)
