An honest question from a huge fan of all of your works. I've been doing internet VO work for 7ish years now and it's actually gotten me a job on a local morning show after all the practice I've done. (And a big one at that!). Still, radio isn't what I want to do in life. Since I was 16 I've wanted to do voice acting and that passion hasn't budged an inch. I've taken acting and diction classes, I've spent years practicing proper mic form...but my problem is I'm in the middle of goddamn Nebraska.

As much as I want to make the big leap and move out to bigger markets where I could get into the industry, there's always that fear of not being good enough or not making it. I know my location is a mark on my chances of being cast, but my big question is...how do you get started in the industry itself, and did any of you have to face the fear of moving out and taking a risk to do what you loved?

Thank you so much if you read my question, I look up to all of you and would really appreciate some words of wisdom!
