Are my reason good enough to buy a car in nyc or am I a retard

I own a car in Manhattan. I use it mostly to store my bicycle and move it once a week so I don't get a ticket. Even doing just this, you will have rats building nests in the engine bay because the wires are made of soy and rats love it. People smash into your car all the time. This is if you don't even use the car.

Now if you use the car. If you have parking and are driving around at 1AM it's great. But otherwise traffic everywhere. I live in Harlem and 6PM-9PM I can get to NJ on my bicycle faster than you can in your car. Then when you want to stop somewhere nowhere to park, so you can ride around the block like an idiot or take a chance and get $115 tickets.

Then the police. You can go by them 100MPH they don't care. They do targeted enforcement so you get pulled over driving normal and court doesn't plea bargain so you have to pay a scummy lawyer $500 to delay it 5 years, otherwise you are guilty.

NYC car is good to have, not good to use.
