$2400 for a rent stabilized one bedroom in Sunnyside. The apartment itself is pretty massive - my bedroom could fit two king size beds. It’s a corner unit with tons of light (I’m on a higher floor) so my plants are happy. Living room is massive (thing has to be 30 feet long), and it has a separate kitchen with a dining area attached. My only complaint is the bathroom as it’s quite small and I have a big ass lol

The neighborhood is the best I’ve lived in since I moved to the city 14 years ago. I live very happily with my wife and pup and will probably stay in this apartment until we hopefully are able to buy something (hopefully in the neighborhood)
