Article interviewing Wildcard studio states early access games not about funding

still trying to understand how it's a facade, when there literally is an interview stating they were already working on this as paid DLC. It was the plan all along. They were working on it in tandem with the game itself, and also provides another area to test features in that they might have been better suited for and allowed for practical implementation that we could all actually see. You say it's more content that is buggy, but it's the same as if they released the normal dinos from the dossiers, and they had the same level of bugs, because it would have been the same amount of development time. Maybe, I don't know, some systems that they are trying to implement for these dinos and whatnot are really complex and just aren't working yet? I guess that's a longshot to assume right? So instead, now they have two platforms, that function off the exact same base code, but with a wider area to test functions, abilities, etc in. All the while, they are making money from it. I'm sorry, is that a bad analysis of the development process?
