Same thing happened to me once. I was selling my PS4. It was all reset, and boxed up to go. Then some guy texts to see if it’s real, and asks me to put a spoon on top of the console, weird request, but oh well, nothing to lose I guess. I do that, and he’s satisfied, then 30 mins before he comes to pick it up, he asks for me to show it working. Now keep in mind that the PS4 has been fully reset and ready to go, so to show it working I would have to hook up all the wires, yet again. I eventually send him a picture of the working screen. Then he says that he wants to see a picture of the dashboard, just to make sure it’s 100% working. So this step would require me having to set up the whole thing again, and set up all the info to make a new account. And once I got the message from him, saying he changed his mind about it, I said “it do be like that”. Nah I’m kidding, he actually did end up buying it tho.
