But It’s hard for me not to get frustrated when I have followed exactly what I was being asked to do and yet still get the eqip returned.

The eqip itself doesn’t allow you to enter the day. Only months and year. I have entered the approximate month and year. The eqip itself is designed to allow you to enter an approximate. I do not know why I am being asked to enter the “exact date” of a volunteer position that is very difficult for them to track because the business has closed since then.
