Bernie Sanders is quietly building one of the most powerful progressive media outfits in America: it's an operation that could become a force to be reckoned should he choose to run for president again in 2020

so, here's the thing, if you ACTUALLY knew what you were talking about, he was a protest vote against unresponsive government in the same way trump was. they both agreed about what was wrong with america but disagreed on the solutions. Bernie's solutions were socialist and Trump's were captilistic. So, the bernie 'movement' a protest vote by young people against the establishment and who haven't lived long enough to understand that his solutions weren't viable. that's where it ends. so, if you want to talk about american dissatisfaction with a government that doesn't represent them, or if you want to focus on class and money in america, by all means. But understand the sanders 'movement' for what it was. He was also pulling those numbers in a field that had been narrowed down to two by the DNC and his opponent was the worst candidate in the history of US elections. Wanna know how I know? because she lost to Donald Trump. Wanna know why he was left in? Because he wasn't seen as a serious threat. Because in the end he wasn't. So, there's a little something from the bubble for you. By all means, carry on focusing on failed candidates in countries that aren't your own and on telling its citizens you understand their politics more clearly than they do because, well..... whatever you tell yourself that makes you feel so special.
