I hope you guys get a legal definition of "racism", "nationalism", "hate speech"...etc. You will need to legislate it through the usual channels and it will have to apply to everybody, mayo cracker.
If the OK symbol is illegal, so is a raised black fist. If "spook" is illegal to say, "honky" will be as well. Can you imagine living by your own rules? The supreme court wont be legislating that "blacks cant be racist, hun"....that's not how laws work.
No more "rules for thee but not for me" when you make laws. I cant wait.
