Nighteye was the only person All Might ever took as a sidekick. Dude is also able to see into the future and was the one that turned Mirio into a beast. Don't know why you're downplaying him.

Because he isn't physically strong so he uses support items to make up for it. Also theres no way you expect him to fight hand to hand with the guy that can one hit kill him.

Also notice I said common hax thug he wasn't doing nothin he has no real feats under his belt chisaki and Mirio and that's what wrong with the series the villians not strong enough

The villains are plenty strong especially in the manga. Also Chisaki isn't a common thug, hes the young head of the Yakuza, who was able to beat someone that can see the future.
