Billionaires donating 25million is still better than anything you will ever do in your life despite how much you want to discourage them.

Generational wealth being used as a tool to create even more generational wealth because it takes money to start top of class corporations? GASP say it isn't so?!

We shouldn't be saying this is a problem, we should be educating all families to save their wealth and use it to start businesses to make money.

But that's the whole point, too many families are unable to save a fucking dime. Look at the fallout of the current predicament we're in for proof.

The hard work came from their parents developing those connections, saving that money, generating that generational wealth. Its not like they just won the lottery, they had to put in hard work.

You also discount all of the hard work that trump and bezos did from that point forward to make their billions and billions and not just burn it all away like many children of wealth.

I'm not discounting it at all. But they only had the opportunity to put in that hard work towards a goal BECAUSE OF their generational wealth. The whole point is to minimize the need for multi-generational wealth as much as possible.

Yes, its the family connections, the millions of dollars, and the legacy of strong generational wealth and family building that made them sucessful.

You should try encouraging your family to do the same.

I'm glad we're on the same page. And keep your assumptions about me and my family to yourself, they're irrelevant and not helping you prove your point any.

You set realistic goals and steps forward. If you're starting at 0, you don't start trying to swing for the fences etc. You get a reasonable education, you start a small business, you accumulate wealth, and you prepare your children to do the same and take reasonable risks to generate more wealth.

Go to trade school, become a carpenter, get a speciality and start a business, buy a house and start a family and get equity in your home. When your child is of age, chances are now you have enough money to get them to start a business and boom now they are bezos.

Everything you listed requires some form of starting capital, which millions of Americans have exactly zero of. Education costs money, business expenses and startup costs cost money, accumulating wealth is wayyy easier said than done. Not everybody wants to be a carpenter. I know your response to that is that people need to suck it up and do things they don't want to do, but the whole point of this argument is that we're trying to make it so that people don't have to break their backs at jobs they don't like for a lifetime so that their kid can have a fraction of the same chance that a billionaire's kid will have.

How exactly did the system stop bezos from being a billionaire ceo? Or zuck? or anyone else? Come on. this one is stupid.

It didn't stop them at all, because they were from wealthy families. That's the point.

Its the STAYING working at taco bell, shaking your fist at society, that makes you a FUCKING BUM.

If you're working at taco bell while getting an education and saving to start a business, then you're not a fucking bum.

And the point of my whole argument is that it's getting harder and harder to save for an education and start a business on a minimum wage salary.

Its not hard now is it?

There's no reason to be an asshole. Don't bother responding, I won't be here to listen.
