I would stop calling yourself these things also “autism”, “social anxiety”, “body dysmorphia”, yes it may be completely true but stop reinforcing these ideas, it can manifest as a drag on your goals. Instead think to yourself “I’m 100% fine. I can do this. If another person can do it, I can do it.” you need to view yourself as powerful, strong and special. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not it’s just you telling yourself that and pushing yourself forward like self hypnosis. A bus boy doesn’t interact with anyone you just clean up messes. And yes it’s perfectly fine to do that in your mid-20s for a few years if you are in the situation you say you are in. You need to start somewhere and get some $ in your pocket and get out of your house.
