Bored Travel

What helped me was thinking of it in a different way - instead of "oh I'm just going to a different part of the US (same country) today," try to see it as "I'm going to a whole new place with different attitudes and people and culture"

Of course not all of the states are going to be as interesting or different from the last one, but try to just appreciate some of the smaller differences you might notice, whether that is in landscape, people, food, or even something small like advertisements.

Mindset is everything and once you get stuck in a mindset of being bored, you tend to perceive the world around you in a boring way and you'll miss a lot.

All that to say they might be fewer and farther between but there will be things and moments that make the trip worth it.
