British Medical Journal calls for legalization of all narcotics: "The war on drugs has failed: doctors should lead calls for drug policy reform"

Unfortunately for everyone, all drugs are still available to the people (teens to adults) of every town and city in the world.

Prohibition only helps the criminal elements of the world gain power and influence, and keeps prices high and taxes on the goods low. Probably also keeps some intelligence agencies rolling in untraceable dough (looking at you AlCIAda, the Cocaine Importation Agency). Everyone can still get the drugs and use the drugs, the illegality just adds exponentially to the destructive aspects of drug use and abuse by creating terrible situations for us all non-stop.

Instead of regulated small businesses selling narcotics, violent drug gangs are able to make massive amounts of fast cash from it with which they buy weapons and wage their own 'drug wars' in our major cities. Drug prohibition is just a jobs program and a way for the rich folks to justify creating and maintaining massive domestic standing armies whose weapons are targeting civilians in our countries, armies of 'law enforcement' gunmen who are ostensibly there to 'keep us safe', by creating non-stop terribly dangerous situations for us all and by accepting cash payment to use violence against the other members of their community.
