So lets say I decide I find you offensive, and I report you to some mods. You are breaking Reddit rules by brigading,you broke this subs rules by posting a banned subject. You misused several other subs to try and garner support to your cause.

It's honestly like pissing into the wind. Reddit is here to make money for their investors. If the problem is so wide spread and dangerous for the community as you suggest something would happen. Bad press for reddit is bad for making money.

You are not a customer of this site, you are the product, and this is how they make money. They don't really owe you anything, you don't pay them to use it and it is not a public service.
