As annoying as it is, make sure you know the difference between crashing and harassment (ragging).

If you're killing shamens and someone comes into your world and takes the spawns from you, its crashing and not bannable. It's annoying, but it's a competetive game and the person who does more DPS gets the drops, simple as that. Even if he just tags them (by accident) its just fair play.

If you're killing shamens and you get crashed, and then you hop and you get crashed by the same person REPEATEDLY, then it does count as ragging/harassment, which is a bannable offense.

Something tells me this incident falls in the 1st category, in which case you just have to suck it up. If it does fall under the 2nd category, record yourself getting ragged and sent it to [email protected]. Make sure it's a legitimate case though and not you just getting tilted for getting crashed.
