Calling Indians in Poland for advice. Non Indian please feel free to contribute, but the questions are specific for an Indian family. :)

Not an Indian, but some points to consider:
* Expected standard of living. According to comparison sites, Warsaw is about 50% more expensive than, say, Delhi, so your current salary would only go so far. Housing is particularly expensive. * Yes, state schools are free - but targeted mainly at Polish speakers. There are English and bilingual schools in Warsaw though, since there are quite a few foreigners here. I'm not sure how accommodating they are towards special needs children, so it's something to enquire about. * Public health care is free for kids, and adults who contribute to it. However, while you might not have an issue communicating with younger doctors, a lot of the supporting stuff doesn't speak English. Getting anything arranged is a pain even for Poles, so if you can afford it, private health care is the way to go for everyday services (dentistry, GP, etc.) - there are plenty of options, and they provide support in English.
In general, you should be able to get by in Warsaw while not speaking Polish (I would recommend learning some basics though).
