A camera crew has secretly taped you for the past year. What will be the contents of the episode called "Integrity"?

This will get buried but here goes. Years ago I was driving through a sketchy part of town at night. I see an old man laying on the ground on his back, so I pull over and ask if he needs help. He gets up and is speaking in a language I can't understand. Next to him is a trash bag and he goes proceeds to try and drag it to the dumpster about 15 feet away. I insist on helping him and he doesn't seem to want my help, but it must have been why he was on the ground a minute before. It's raining out and I'm now soaked so I figure fuck it, I'm going to throw this in the dumpster and get the hell out of here. I grab it and it's seriously almos lbs, and wrapped in several bags. I cant get it into the dumpster because it's too heavy and it feels like it's going to rip open when I lift it from the bottom, so I lay it next to the dumpster and the old man smiles, says something to me and bounces quicker than I could have ever expected. Didn't think much of it and went home. Couple years later I'm driving through the same neighborhood with a friend and he tells me about an elderly fellow who murdered his wife and threw her body in the dumpster. I feel ill and never speak about it again until now. I'm not saying it was him, but fuck the thought of it keeps me awake at night.

Another time a friend an I helped a guy stuck on a rarely used back road who was stuck on a ditch. I pulled him out and he seemed as sketched out as can be, but appreciative. My friend and I smoke a bowl after he leaves, the real reason we were there. Cop shows up halfway through our bowl and asks if we've seen a truck matching the exact description. We tell him about it and he heads in the direction without commenting on the obvious scent of pot in the air. Turns out it was a stolen truck and he was trying to ditch them on back roads according to the paper.

I'll be honest I went through a few years in my late 20's after that not helping people for a while.
