These are women that have psychopathic or narcissistic tendencies where they can objectify a person and use them for physical pleasure or narcissistic supply. A normal person doesn't have sex without developing emotions. Narcissistic and psychopathic tendencies are increasing in society so I don't doubt that women are capable of it. But the question we have to ask ourselves is whether we want a culture of using a person for only physical pleasure or narcissistic supply as the norm. No, obviously the norm should be that sex should be between two intimate lovers. No strings attached sex shouldn't be sought after by normal people because they will get emotionally/psychologically hurt.
