Can you eat what you want and not gain weight if your doing strict intermittent fasting?

No, Doctors study, people who do this like me experience it.

Would you rather take order from a General who made ranks from years of service and studying or one that actually fought on the battle field?

I don't take advice from any doctors unless he's on social media and has a presense, it tells me that they are a little more serious and want to actually help people.

An 8 year degree isn't cheap nor free!

So if you still don't know the question, they eat whatever you want and after a week see where you are?

If you are not where you want to be then eat healthy.

Start doing, real life experiments instead of taking orders from doctors all the time.

You'll get a faster answer this way.

Anyways I've written an article on intermittent fasting. Since march 2018 I do the 20:4 and I've never gain a single pound and have gain muscle as well.

I am a writer and soon to be author so you can check out this 4000+ word article in your free time!
