Can Keto be healthy?

This thread is a good laugh. This dude is trolling everyone. No one gets 100% of nutrition every day. What it takes to achieve 100% daily nutritional values is unrealistic and more limiting than a normal person can tolerate. BTW, who sets the value if everyone is different? It's a recommended %, not a defacto standard. Most people with a vitamin deficiency will take a supplement or try to compensate in food, but there is not a rule or limitation that excludes carb free foods. If this person wants to challenge the diet based on nutritional values I would suggest we let him/her share the meal plans and then tell us how well the weight loss is going.
