Can I go on T for a year, then stop for a bit and restart later? (Context in post)

No way to know exactly what changes anyone will get in a given timeframe, unfortunately, but you're not going to hurt anything trying (at least not medically - hiding changes from family for an entire year might be difficult, though!)

That said, muscle and fat redistribution is one of the (generally) last things people see change, and it's also gping to start reversing during your break from t. Voice and skeletal changes (if you manage to get them - everyone's exact cutoff age when their growth plates permanently stop varies) are going to be permanent, as well as hair growth. Actual bottom growth is permanent, but you may see some 'effective shrinkage' due to decreased blood flow. Periods will return (in my experience, with a vengeance at first) and you'll lose the 'dude scent.'
