Each FDS get MSP but most importantly in the 4.5 each of the 4 clans get 64 mps in the lower house. .5 or beesha shanad gets 35 I think!! MPs are selected by their clan leader. U just need to pay ur clan leader heaps of cash.

As for the government hawiye or darod gets the president even tho it’s not in the constitution which mean Dir or raxwayn can get it if they form alliance with the .5 cuz the president is elected by the MPs. And with Dir and Raxwayn each having 64 mps, + 35 of the .5. This is likely to occur some time if darod and hawiye keep getting the president.

The president elects the ministers, MPs who voted for him in the presidential elections. It’s just games.

Most important thing u need to know, all of these people don’t care about the country they are there for money and power.
