Somalis can be found wherever u go if am not exaggerating, and on top of that it is well known that UAE is one of the countries that have got a big community of Somalis after Yemen, Ethiopia, UK, US and Saudi.. if your reason for this post to find a Somali person that can help u with the language then most of the guys there are in the same situation as u, where they were born and raised there and got educated from the local schools where they teach in Arabic, so most of them would feel comfortable speaking arabic and a huge number of them am guessing they are no better than u.. So if u are truly wanting to learn the language then there are a lot of Somalis in Dubai who came to the UAE from the home country and are native in the language..
