Can Valve please fix MMR Calibration?

honestly this sounds like 3k. would you like to hear a story?

i am occasionally watching a low 4k twitch streamer/youtuber for the past ~2 weeks. he only plays safelane farmer (traditional hardcarries), sometimes mid. his builds were already outdated 5 years ago. half of the time (don't ask me how ...) he gets a completely empty lane because the enemy offlaner abandons the lane at lvl1. after 10 minutes completely undisturbed freefarm he has at most 50 cs. do you know what this means? if you have 50 cs in an empty lane at 10min then you lost 30 cs to creeps. his 20min cs are at most 120, even though he "rushes" a battlefury in most games. everytime he tries to buy anything he spends a good 10 seconds trying to look for the item in the shop menu. remember - this guy is 4k. he never checks his mana to see whether he has enough mana for all spells, half of the time he jumps into enemy heroes and doesn't have enough mana for a chronosphere follow-up. he runs around trying to gank heroes at 10min as void with brown boots perseverance in his inventory (usually hits them once in chrono, just realizes he has no damage even though he played the hero 300 times and runs away). his farming pattern is garbage, he runs across half of the map to hit 1 lane creep, doesn't want to be there anymore and runs to the opposite side of the map while ignoring all the unfarmed jungle camps on the way there. the only thing he's good at is not dying randomly all the time, but this isn't hard if you only play heroes with strong escape abilities like void, am, jugger ...

this is your typical 4k mmr safelane curry. i truly want to believe he got his mmr boosted, but his dotabuff is private so i can't check this. i'm only watching him to see a single game where he has a notable game impact towards the win. he is actually gaining mmr since i started watching him, but all games were won because a different lane snowballed super hard while he afkfarmed somewhere else with at most 400 gpm in the mid game.
