You’re not comprehending what is being said. Why would you refer to these corps as DCA corps? They would be DCI All-Age corps who would end their season the same time as the Open and World Class corps. None would be attending a single DCA show including DCA Championships.

Their performance schedule would be DCI shows and they would end their season in Indianapolis. Who cares about priority? Your mindset is still cast in the DCA Northeast circuit mold believing the DCA corps are superior and deserve some special treatment.

I’m talking about breaking that mold with non-Northeast corps who btw already have more DCI performances than DCA, just do DCI. All for the reasons previously stated. Who knows if any of them will or not. It just seems to me to be one sided in DCA when it fact it doesn’t have to.

Again I’ll ask, what’s wrong with two All-Age circuits? It shouldn’t be a DCA all or not proposition to be a All-Age corps when nearly half of these corps already do more DCI shows than DCA. The non-Northeast corps have to travel extensively to even compete with the Northeast DCA corps, because the Northeast corps certainly are not traveling outside their region. To me it’s a win win and nobody goes broke in the process, unless you believe it is fine for half the corps to be required to do something the other half isn’t being asked to do.
