Is the CFP Committee biased towards Clemson?

You don't even need to look at advanced stats and analytics to see how insane the committee is being. In no logical world can you with a straight face rank a team that lost to Syracuse and struggled with Wake Forest/Florida State above Miami, an undefeated team who just dismantled the previous #3 in the nation, and Oklahoma, a team who has beaten two top 15 teams (one on the road) and whose only loss is to a team that has two top 15 wins. Hell, there's even a decent argument that Wisconsin should be ahead of Clemson.

I understand Clemson has a great win against Auburn, but outside of that they have two decent wins in Virginia Tech and NC State, but that's it. The committee is acting as if Clemson are world beaters who suffered one unfortunate slip up that they are content with completely ignoring.
