It’s clear this guy just listens to buzzwords from the news media. There is zero chance he would be using the term “active shooter” if he hadn’t heard it played on the news all day long.

That’s exactly how the media manipulates people, they use buzz words that convey an emotional response to manipulate you.

In order for someone to be an “active” shooter 3 things have to be met.

Shooting someone in self defense doesn’t make you an active shooter. After Kyle shoots Rosenbaum he is seen RUNNING AWAY from everyone else and is being CHASED DOWN.

Let’s say that Kyle did in fact “murder” Rosenbaum. Even in that scenario you still would not have the right to murder Kyle seeing as he was RUNNING AWAY from you. You don’t have the legal right to end another’s life unless your life, or the life of another innocent person is at immediate risk, and someone that is running away is not directly threatening any other individual.

Now if Kyle had shot Rosenbaum and then “randomly” aimed his gun at someone else, then yes, they would of had the legal right to shoot Kyle. But that’s not what happened at all.
