Chapter 9 ASAP failure

Hate to break it to you, but I've never seen someone come back from an ASAP failure, it's only (very likely) going to prolong the process and ultimately get denied. Essentially, you're just prolonging the period of time your chain of command is going to hate to have to deal with you and see you as a thorn in the side, even if you are a stellar Soldier.

People say failing an APFT is the easiest way to get out, but honestly from everything I've seen being an ASAP failure is even easier. It's such a cut and dry program that there really is no wiggle room for fucking up the paperwork. Did this guy go to ASAP? Did he fail? Did he get counseled on the failure? Cool. Separate.
