Chinese culture of cheating

I think in most societies outside of the West™, you'll find these kinds of traits very normal. I think in China we just maintain an expectation of them to be "better" but they fall prey to same issues as most of the third world. On the grand scale there has been a huge improvement of course but with Xitler Dada things seem to have taken for a turn for the worst. We seem to perceive that as Chinese society is morally corrupt with no hope for redemption. This is true to a large degree except that it's far less morally corrupt to what it was a 100 or even 50 years ago. It just hasn't yet met the higher standards we have in the West™ (if it ever will).
