Period blood can kind of get explosive sometimes too. Well, not really, but some people think it's intentional when they find it on the wall or something. But this sometimes happens when your tampon is resisting being pulled out, and you really have to yank on it. Then when it's finally free, the momentum sometimes causes a clot to shake loose and go flying across the room, hit the wall and leave a bloody trail sliding down to the floor.

I don't think that's ever happened to me in a public restroom, but I haven't always noticed right away when it happens at home either. If I ever go missing and the cops test for blood in my bathroom, I'm sure it legit looks like a murder scene in there.
