CMV: IQ is at least partly inheritied and is determined along the lines of race

It's extremely hard to separate race from historical background, cultural background and the education someone will receive. Lots of Asian countries have decent education systems. But Asian students in the US also do well - and they often cite strict parenting styles from hard working and education oriented culture as a reason for this.

And by "lower quality" do you mean introduction of slang? As far as I'm concerned, language is purely cultural anyway. It's not like there is some intelligent objective reason that we call "women", "women" and not "lasses" or whatever.

Black and Hispanic students in the US are poorer and their schools receive less funding. Maybe that's what's weighing down the system, not peoples race?
