I think that is a valid point, and I definitely could be wrong. I think that youre right and it is apart of the spike.

But Im talking about youth that has fought with mental illnesses unrelated to people oppressing them over homosexuality. Lots of LGBT people I know have told me that their mental health illnesses have sparked because of other reasons, not just from having being ostracized over their sexuality or gender identity.

when I was being bullied, I had mental illness form. I felt completely un included in my redneck school because i thought nobody liked me. So i turned to something that i thought would keep me included.

Maybe this is only me talking from my experience, but I cant get the suspicion off my mind
