What you don't understand about this situation is me picking DPS actually IS mitigating damage. I have played with these 3 stacks before, I know exactly how these games play out. I have tried tanking/healing for them and being super polite while we get utterly destroyed because, despite 3 DPS, no one is killing anything. Unfortunately in these games my best shot at winning is picking Soldier/Roadhog/Mei for the damage and self healing. You know what happens when you try to play Rein for these chucklefucks? You sit on payload while they are off suiciding over and over. Pick a healer for them? They are off near the enemy spawn where it's impossible to heal them and if you try you are just feeding along with them. I know how these people play, they aren't picking 3 DPS to play seriously. They are trolling and probably garbage players. If you try to heal/tank you are guaranteed to lose, your best bet at winning is literally picking DPS as well and praying that one of the last 2 people picks a tank and sticks with you because I can guarantee the other DPS aren't gonna be hanging out with the tank. Like I said, I have played with these people MANY times, this isn't a new thing. I know exactly how these games play out. Picking DPS is your best chance at winning. What you said theoretically would make sense if the people picking 3 DPS were actually trying or not terrible at the game but that's not what 3 instalock DPS do.
