Conflict News on Twitter: "BREAKING: US-backed forces to launch offensive to capture Manbij pocket from ISIS.

You should take a look at the areas where Rebels resisted Isis for a long time. Its North-West of Raqqa, South-West of Kobane and near Deir ez-Zour / East of Raqqa. Right now SDF has many rebel groups that are from Jarabulus, Manbij, Tishrin and the area South-East of Tishrin (North-West of Raqqa). Many of those groups were already around in 2013/2014. I have done some research on the 31 groups mentioned by ANHA to be part of the Raqqa offensive. Most of them have new and old Facebook, youtube and twitter accounts. I couldn't find anything on only four groups, of which all are local rebel groups from a village or small town or newly formed. I think SDF has the biggest varriety of Rebel groups from the Jarabulus-Manbij-Tishrin area. They all agreed to the principles of the Syrian Democratic Forces. Those principles include the federal system. Those rebel groups from these areas have been waiting eagerly for over one year now to take back their own cities, towns and villages from those who kidnapped their Revolution (ISIS and other extremists). YPG can wait another year for being "allowed" or "disallowed" by some irrelevant countries, but it is not about YPG. It is a shame to let these guys wait longer and longer to liberate their homes from Jsis. It just isn't a possibility anymore. The areas bordering with Turkey like al-Rai (Turkmen majority, Kurdish minority) and Jarabulus (Arab majority, Kurdish minority) will be systematically ruled and defended by a correct percentage of their own people. This is preferable to Turkey wasting their resources on rebels from Idlib, who just want to fight the Regime anyway, for another 10 years. That project is only going to waste lots of Turkish weaponry, gear, ammunition, vehicles, money, time and so on.
