Considering a move to your state!

If I could collect all the people who said they would never have kids who did, I could start my own nation.

If you DO have kids, they will grow up ignorant of many things if they grow up here. Check out out national rankings in medical care, education, wages, tax rates and daycare... (HIGH priced, we don't have public preschool...)

Yeah, and there is other stuff... this place looks nice in the summer from outside, but honest to God, we got some bigass problems that ain't much discussed and don't look so obvious from the outside.

One thing we got is good prisons, and we use them, you should look that up if you think yo "like" drugs. We got the last prison in America that uses wild-ass vicious oversized dogs saved from euthinasia for being violent and dangerous, as free running guarddogs between two fences... And the guards ain't much better.

We been using private prisons, had one called the colliseum or some such, for how violent it was. It honest to God was being run by the prisoners, the "private" prison staff was torally out of the loop and helpless.

Yeah, we got "nature". So does Russia (Siberia) and China (Mongolia). Nature ain't all that, and the local governments will take credit for what we got, because they don't actually do a damn thing FOR us, so they claim the Glory from God as theirs.

You better look into our politics too. I don't think you will like our Government, the places you are living were a hell of a lot more Free than you will be here. And the people you were living around probably talked to you, and seemed pretty liberal compared to the Religion Bound and poorly educated average citizen of the place.

Nature ain't all that. Unless you make your living cutting nature down, you won't see as much "nature" as you will see self-righteous religious rednect bigots. Very polite bigots, but if you ain't LDA, you will be at a disadvantage in some employment. You LIVE in Town, you Visit Nature. In the Summer mostly, unless you got the kind of cold weather gear I got and some training. And a four wheel drive. And if you live anywhere except the southern valley, you will need to have an engine heater installed. It get colder here than antifreeze can be made to work, and some places you park you car for even the afternoon and you better plug it in, 'cause if you don't you may crack your block.

I see it all the time, and often people drive around without even knowing that they have alredy destroyed their car... you can see the water/antifreeze pour out of their tailpipe in front of you as they pull away from the stop sign... car is almost dead, and the owner has no clue, (snicker). --all the time, everyday I see this kind of thing.

All this stuff sounds so cute in print, huh? Like its fun. You know waht? Its not fun after awhile, it wears you down .

And then there is our politicians and the "politics" of living here.

Have you ever worked in an office without a coffeepot? (veiled reference... Yeah, I bet you just can't wait... because you don't know what you are getting yourseelf into.

Crooked judges, crooked and incompetant cops, (we had cops from McCall running a burgulary ring in Boise a few years back!) (and thats not alll, its just all I can type. this shit happens a LOTR here.

Ask in beautiful Stanley if anyone remembers "Bam-Bam". Yeah, you don't know what that means....
