Constantly body shame on dm or ig? Anybody has felt that

Hey! I’m sorry you’re struggling with all that stuff. It’s honestly upsetting how everyone makes women’s bodies their business. Two years ago I put on 20 kilos because of depression and went to a (male) dentist, the dentist was extremely condescending the whole time and just sort of seemed mad at me for existing. I went again, an year later, after losing all that weight and the same guy went on to flirt with me and be extra nice - it was disgusting, and I remained bitchy because fuck that guy. I’ve been subjected to body shaming ever since I was a child, it’s almost as if they don’t want women’s bodies to develop after the age of 7, they see it as a personal inconvenience that women’s bodies exist at all.

Society is incessant about making sure all women always remain focussed on being max f#ckable (according to the male gaze) and can be really really cruel to anyone who doesn’t comply. People are also weirdly comfortable with pointing out women’s flaws to their faces, like how tf do you not have basic manners. It is honestly so gross. Men aren’t subjected to the same gaze and tbh ever since my experience with weight gain and weight loss I’m just a straight up piece of shit to anyone who comes across as the body-shaming type, I just call them out on the spot and humiliate them. An ex friend makes it his business to constantly comment on women’s bodies and one day he said some shit about me so I asked him if he had some sort of mental retardation or something because there is no way that his lack of social skills comes from anything other than a biological defect. My advice is to shame these people to their faces, that’s the only way they’ll learn to keep their opinions to themselves.
