Cop of Reddit, what criminal actually fascinated you with their criminal skills?

Very common. An acquaintance of mine used to manufacture large quantities of meth. They would haul out a camper to the middle of nowhere, spend a couple weeks making product and partying, unload a few pounds to the biker gangs that run distribution, haul off to Vegas and blow all the money partying for a couple weeks, then rinse and repeat.

Well, one day they invite some hookers to the meth-making party (this probably ain't the kind of party that immediately came to your mind). Something happened with the hookers, and they all get thrown out (in the middle of nowhere, with no ride home). I think one of the hookers might have gotten beat up a little - I'm guessing the girls tried to rob them or something.

Anyways, the hookers straight up called the cops on their whole operation, huge SWAT raid. My buddy used all his money on some Better Call Saul lawyer and got all the charges dropped except felony paraphernalia, for a dirty spoon in his pocket, and got the max sentence and did 4 of 5 years. Would have been out earlier, but there was an incident he was involved with where his 18 year old cellie got raped (his words - "I would have just paid the motherfuckers, kid was dumb").
