Yeah honestly I just tried vyvanse too for the last couple days and I'm coming to the conclusion that I have both issues. A muscle tear + a heart intolerance to stims. Mentally they've all helped considerably, but I don't want to risk my life over it. And the two non-stims I've tried were completely useless (strattera and wellbutrin), so I think I'm just going to call it quits on medicating. I'll try to work harder on my diet, fitness, and sleep, and see how that goes. My psych seems to think that it would help with adhd symptoms, and frankly I have no excuse not to be doing it anyways, so I might as well try. Good luck to you and your son. :)
