Court Says Idaho Must Provide Gender Confirmation Surgery To Transgender Inmate

What more do you want to do to a human being than utterly break them worse than death would? solitary confinement in american prisons is not just common, it's disturbingly common.

It's not relevant. the state is responsible for her healthcare, fullstop. They're people too, they deserve every right to medicine and life saving surgery that I do. Or are prisoners not people, no matter what their crime is? Cuz an animal can't commit a crime, property can't commit a crime, people can though. cuz if you say that she isn't a person, well, you're advocating for the government to be able to say who is and isn't a person, and if you're not a person, you're property and property of no one is property of the state. And we all know what they do with property.
