Transgender People Are Now Protected Under The Americans With Disabilities Act

Millions of people become “ill” due to internal and external pressures. Pain is attributed to structural maladies and patients are often prescribed surgery, pain medications, and physical therapy. There are many physical disorders such as fibromyalgia, MPS, CFS, etc that should warrant a claim for disability based on the disorders ability to severely impact that persons life and that persons inability to garner treatment conducive towards full relief of their symptoms. And not for nothing if I wanted a vagina and someone told me I had to make a disability claim in order to get one I would be a bit offended to say the least. Sounds kind of like a way to further ostracize people.
