Crazy hiring bar at Google onsite

No this might not be India. This is similar to my Google loops for US except I got more hards straight up and one round was a lot more practical. I don't know what would've happened if I couldn't answer everything perfectly with good communication, thought process, and clean code, but if I didn't then I'm sure I would've been rejected.

I've also interviewed at other companies that have similar expectations to Google (communication, process, and clean code rather than busting out 1 med + 1 hard or two hards in 45 min) and in those situations where I wasn't at least 95% picture perfect in answering everything, I was rejected. Not international student, internship experience better than most waterloo kids, ivy. Sometimes its the reality of the situation in the US too.
