Is it usually this difficult?

Mine was just as bad, I was at ~230 apps, I had internships, 3.9 GPA double major Comp sci and Applied Math. I literally aced the OAs and HAD REFERRALS and have still been ghosted by a few companies. It's just the name of the game since CS doesn't have a law or med school equivalent so everyone can just apply. There has to be another barrier to entry since they cant literally just hire everyone. In this case it's a bit luck based since you can do everything right and they might just see someone else's resume first and then ignore yours. You'll eventually find something (and you have). Keep going at it but yes everyone is having a tough time right now, especially in this economy.
