I posted an ad looking for a room to rent, for my daughter and myself. I have done this once before and had good luck. I put a lot of info in my ad so I get the best match for what I need. I can't live with people who are not very very clean and if they have pets the pets must be house broken. I have had one (current) bad experience doing this roommate thing and it's girl we share a place with is very filthy. She has dogs that piss and shit everywhere and she just leaves it. So I am pretty clear in my ad about what I can and cannot deal with. Nothing in the ad is sexual in nature nor could it be misconstrued. I tell how much my range is for rent. I explain my daughter and I will share a room and we both work. I didn't even indicate if I was a man or woman. The only reason they would know my kid is a girl is because I said daughter. Sooooo this email is the first response I received. Surprise.
