DAE feel like eating is a burden, like another chores?

Over the years I've optimized my prepping and cooking so that everything including eating is done within 37 mins. My go to meal is savory oats. Can include a variety of veggies(precut frozen) /chicken/bacon bits etc. The possibilities are virtually endless. Top it with some poached eggs and it tastes surprisingly good.

I do that twice a day while listening to podcasts. And in between the meals, fruits and nuts and yogurt as needed. Of course this is when I'm making food just for myself. If I have to cook for someone else, I usually order in or pretend I'm a terrible cook and delegate. Only exception is pancakes. I love making pancakes occasionally, the proper, fluffy kind.
