Daily Food Diary! January 26, 2017

Hey! I've been wanting to post here for a long time, but since I'm on a 1800 calorie diet, I felt like it would be wrong. But regardless, here I am.

The reason I'm eating that much is because, my weight is being monitored by my parents. I've tried to eat 1400-1500, but I continue to drop weight. So, basically, this is my sad attempt at maintenance.

I eat at really fucked up times, so I'm just gonna do meal 1, meal 2, etc.

Meal 1: 5 falafels(250) 300g french fries(366)

Meal 2: One disgustingly huge almond milk latte (50)

Meal 3:One Alpro Go On(176) One apple(100) two rice cakes with Violife Hot Chili cream cheese(102)

Meal 4: 50g of chicken breast(56) 200g of wok mix(82) half a dl of soy sauce(19)

Meal 5: I'm going to a store called Normal, so hopefully, I'll be able to find some exciting snacks to eat there. I've got (360) left for when that happens.

Snacks: two squares of banana cake(164) two small squares of chocolate(40) one rice cake with sugarfree jam(35)

Total: (1800)
