I Hope someone can answer this. How viable is an ATK goblet to C1 Mona?

I want to build her as a support (her omen dmg bonus and C1 bonus) while also doing a decent amount of burst damage. Her current stats right now is R1 Widsith, 2pc Shime 2pc Glad, 1,886k atk, 54/225 crit, 228% ER, 35 EM, and 45.7% Hydro DMG bonus...(I'm using ER sands and ATK goblet) Talent lvl 8/8/9

Her A4 passive talent states that “Increases Mona's Hydro DMG bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of her Energy Recharge rate” It explains why I still have that 45.7% Hydro DMG bonus on her while I'm using an ATK goblet. (Which has <1% difference from using a Hydro dmg goblet)

I'm using her in Ayaka freeze team, Raiden Hypercarry, and some random team comps. I knew that her dmg is negligible especially on Ayaka team, but I also want her to boost them while dealing a decent amount of dmg. I also know that her bubble shouldn't pop anyway in a freeze team (to extend omen bonus) but I also sometimes use Ayaka against bosses that can't be defeated in one rotation... while I use Raiden national at the other half... I'm open to other opinions and suggestions. Do you think I should just disregard this build and switch to the usual R5 TToDS, 4pc Tenacity, and with 250+ ER??
